1. Automatic Conveying of Empty Barrels –A motorized conveyor system automatically feeds empty drums or totes into the filling line.

2. Automatic Positioning and Mouth Alignment – The system automatically positions each barrel and aligns the filling nozzle with the container opening for accurate and spill-free filling.

3. Automatic Tare (Peeling) of Empty Barrels – The weighing system automatically tares each empty container to ensure precise net weight filling.

5. Automatic Pushing of Filled Barrels – Once filling is complete, heavy barrels are automatically transferred to the main chain conveyor.
