The GLZON Intelligent Drum & IBC Filling Machine is designed for filling 200L barrels, IBCs, and small barrels with a wide range of liquids. It is widely used in the coating, lubricant, petroleum, and chemical industries, including operations with toxic or highly polluting chemicals. The system is suitable for confined or explosion-proof environments, providing safe, precise, and environmentally friendly filling.

Constructed with SUS304 stainless steel and PTFE seals, all material-contact parts are corrosion-resistant and easy to clean. The Siemens PLC control system guarantees automatic shutdown in case of overflow, power failure, or lack of barrels. Quick-install pipelines allow easy disassembly for cleaning, while intelligent alarms notify operators if barrels are missing.
